Two decades of dental hygiene experience and over 15 years of educating future and current dental hygienists.

Hey Gang! Thanks for joining me on this crazy adventure of education and continued growth. Let me tell you a little about myself. I graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University in 2001 with a Bachelor Degree in Dental Hygiene and from Concordia University in 2013 with a Master Degree in Education. Right out of dental hygiene school I worked in a small private practice for six years before I began to get "antsy". In 2007, I began teaching dental hygiene students in the collegiate setting. I have taught almost every topic we learn during those beginning years. Soon my specialties began to lie in oral pain management, anatomy, medical emergencies and instrumentation techniques.
When I am not teaching future dental hygienists you will find me presenting continuing education courses, working in private practice and diving into my passion of fitness.
